So, you know that little sub-race of humans I have? The ones with green skin, tattoos and spidery hair? Yeah. You didn't think they were solely female, did you? I'm not that sexist.

Anyways, this is Azrael. He's a bounty hunter, a rather unorthodox western style dead-or-alive kind of guy. While he does his job well, he's also a homocidal necrophiliac. It gives him an edge, but it makes him a last resort. Because of these results, he's often stiffed in the bill. It's not really his fault. He was abused into what he is now, and his genome prevents recovery. Tragic.

In case you're wondering about the weapon, he uses many weapons, but for this particular situation he's using an electrified whip. The switch you see turns it on and off. By the look of the blood splatter, I'm guessing he's enjoying himself.
